Staff Tips There is a compulsory daily staff tip of R100 per day per staff member for the houses. Tipping other staff members on the estate such as security and maintenance is not mandatory but up to your own discretion. Please ensure you have enough cash on you to pay on your departure day. The staff make beds, sweep, mop, wash dishes, clean bathrooms etc, they leave at 14h30. Clients can discuss earlier departure times with staff. REFUNDABLE BREAKAGE DEPOSIT a refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable 1 month prior to arrival date and refundable within 2 weeks of departure.
