Naudicals Dune is situated on the private Tierras de Mar Estate which is a mere 12 km drive from the Kosibay border post. Once you reach the quaint village of Ponta Malongane, Tierras del Mar is 1.8 km north of the village towards Ponta Mamoli. The house is approximately a 100m walk down to the beach via a direct pathway leading from the house. There are 4 ensuite (shower, toilet, and basin) sea-facing bedrooms that can comfortably accommodate 14 people (12 adults and 2 kids under 12) as follows: Bedroom 1 – 1 x king bed + a sleeper couch that can accommodate 2 kids – sleeps 4 Bedroom 2 – 1 x Queen bed + 1 x bunk bed – sleeps 4 Bedroom 3 – 1 x Queen bed – sleeps 2 Bedroom 4 -1 x Queen bed + 2 single beds – sleeps 4 The main bedroom (1) has a door leading onto the deck All linen as well as Beach and Bath towels are provided All 4 bedrooms are air-conditioned (cooling and heating) as well as ceiling fans. There are no mosquito nets but the bedroom windows have gauze to keep those pesky mosquitos at bay while letting the sea breeze in. There is an outside shower on the deck to rinse off after your day on the beach and a separate guest loo with basin & toilet is available for your convenience. The sparkling pool is situated on the deck with stunning views of the ocean and an outside bar to relax and enjoy a sundowner or two. There is a wood braai on the same deck. We have ample seating as well as loungers to soak up the sun. The Boma braai area is on a separate level with a small walkway leading down to it. The first night’s wood will be supplied thereafter you will need to top up. There is also a games room for those rainy days or evenings which has a Pool table, Dartboard, and Air hockey for the family to enjoy. Our 2nd bar is inside the house in the main living area. The fully equipped kitchen boasts 2 x double-door fridges, a chest freezer, an ice machine, a Microwave, a Coffee machine – Nespresso (please bring your own pods) a toaster, and a kettle. We have a Reverse Osmosis water filter so it is perfectly safe to drink the water and prepare your food. All cleaning materials are supplied as well as toilet paper. We offer a full DSTV package and a Music entertainment system. Complimentary Starlink WIFI. The house is also fitted with Solar Power so you can still enjoy your favourite game should the power go out. The house is serviced daily by the housekeeper and a general worker/gardener. He will offload your luggage to and from your cars as well as assist you in taking cooler boxes etc to the beach. He is also available to wash your cars. The staff will set up the chairs/loungers around the pool and will always ensure there is plenty of ice available for your drinks. Entry to the Teirras del Mar state is only accessible via the Security gate which is strictly controlled. There are also day/night guards who patrol the estate for your safety. There is covered car parking for up to 4 cars
