Additional rules information

It is advisable to have a 4x4 to access the estate due to the sandy roads. The swimming pool at this house has no safety features. Use of the swimming pool and the associated amenities and facilities is strictly at own risk. Should the property be booked by a group of youngsters, kindly NOTE no under 25's without parental/adult supervision. WHAT TO BRING: drinking water food drinks toiletries sunscreen mosquito spray beach towels (Bath Towels are supplied) REFUNDABLE BREAKAGE DEPOSIT There is a Refundable Breakage Deposit of R3000. The Refundable Breakage Deposit needs to be paid in full one month prior to your arrival date and will be refunded within 14 days after your departure date. STAFF TIP Belinha is the housekeeper and Americo is the gardener/handyman they will take care of you during your stay. Compulsory staff tip of R100 per day for each of them, this includes the day of your arrival and day of departure EARLY And LATE CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT Late check-out is on request only. This is due to incoming bookings on the day of your departure. Should the house be available, we will deduct the extra charge of R1500.00 from your refundable breakage deposit. No pets are permitted at any of the TriptoMozambique houses. Loud music, parties, and functions are not allowed. All guests must comply with the rules of the estate in which they are staying. Absolutely no noise is allowed between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. Failure to comply will result in a warning. If the issue occurs again after a warning, the full breakage deposit will be forfeited. Continued non-compliance may result in guests being asked to vacate the property immediately, with no refund for any unused nights
