About this listing

This beautiful beach house has 4 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep, 8 adults. The house is situated on Campismo Ninho beach housing estate in Ponta Malongane, a 7km drive north of Ponta Do Ouro and 2km south of Ponta Malongane dive camp.

The house is comprised of 1 King bedroom, 2 Queen bedrooms and the 4th bedroom has 2 single beds. All beds are top quality and extra length. There are 3 bathrooms.

The house is fully air-conditioned, beautifully furnished, fully equipped for self-catering, and serviced daily. There is a microwave, fridge, freezer, and all the crockery and cutlery required in the self-contained kitchen. The living area and 2 of the bedrooms open up onto a very spacious wooden deck overlooking the sea – with a built-in Megamaster Gas and Charcoal braai. There is a private wooden walkway that leads onto the beach.

There is a washing machine and tumble dryer in the garage, only Rosa the housekeeper can use the machine. You are welcome to take washing powder with and ask Rosa to do your laundry washing for you. Please take note that the water can discolor/stain your clothes.

The house has a TV and a DSTV decoder – no need to bring your own smart card.

Campismo Ninho Estate has a communal swimming pool, there is a private wooden walkway that meanders down onto a stunning private beach.

All you need to pack besides your holiday suitcase, is your food, toilet paper, drinking water, and beach towels (bath towels are provided). May we ask that our guests exercise extreme caution with regard to safety/fire risk. Our houses are wood – make sure fires are put out, gas is switched off and all appliances big and small to be switched off when not in use – including aircon. People often go to the beach and leave aircons on for hours with nobody in the house.

The communal swimming pool at this estate has no safety features. Use of the swimming pool and the associated amenities and facilities is strictly at your own risk. Should the property be booked by a group of youngsters, kindly NOTE no under 25's without parental/adult supervision. Campismo Ninho Estate and Kangela Estate are both home to samango and vervet monkeys. While they may seem harmless, they’re known to come inside houses looking for food. Please DO NOT FEED THE MONKEYS —this encourages them to return and creates ongoing problems. To avoid issues, don’t leave fruit out in fruit bowls or food on counters. Rather, keep everything inside the fridge or in closed cupboards. Make sure all windows and doors are properly closed when you leave the house to stop them from coming in. Let’s keep these wild animals wild—and your holiday stress-free. WHAT TO BRING Toilet Paper Beach Towels Drinking-Water Food and Drinks Charcoal / Briquettes STAFF TIP There are 2 staff members at the house, Linda the housekeeper, and the gardener. There is a compulsory daily staff tip of R80 each. This includes your day of arrival and departure, please ensure you have enough cash on you to pay them on your departure day. REFUNDABLE BREAKAGE DEPOSIT A R3000 refundable deposit for breakage/damage/loss needs to be paid 6 weeks before arrival. This is refunded 14 days after your departure date depending on damage/loss/breakage at the house. EARLY And LATE CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT Late check-out is on request only. This is due to incoming bookings on the day of your departure. Should the house be available, we will deduct the extra charge of R1500.00 from your refundable breakage deposit, check out no later than 3 pm. No pets are permitted at any of the Trip to Mozambique houses. Loud music, parties, and functions are not allowed. All guests must comply with the rules of the estate in which they are staying. Absolutely no noise is allowed between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. Failure to comply will result in a warning. If the issue occurs again after a warning, the full breakage deposit will be forfeited. Continued non-compliance may result in guests being asked to vacate the property immediately, with no refund for any unused nights
