Kindly be aware that staff are on duty until 4 pm. Guests arriving after this time will need to collect their keys from security, as staff assistance will not be available for offloading or check-in. The swimming pool at this house has no safety features. Use of the swimming pool and the associated amenities and facilities is strictly at your own risk. Should the property be booked by a group of youngsters, kindly NOTE no under 25's without parental/adult supervision. Staff Tip There is a compulsory staff tip of R150.00 per day (R50 each) for Lydia, Martha, and Sam. This includes your day of arrival and departure. Payable in cash directly to the staff. The staff working hours are From: 08 am - 04 pm (Monday to Friday) 08 am - 01 pm (Saturday and Sunday)   Should you require their services outside of these hours, there will be an overtime charge of R50 per hour per staff member, payable in cash directly to the staff. REFUNDABLE BREAKAGE DEPOSIT A Refundable breakage deposit of R4000 is payable 1 month before arrival and refunded within 14 days of departure   EARLY And LATE CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT Late check-out is on request only. This is due to incoming bookings on the day of your departure. Should the house be available, we will deduct the extra charge of R1500.00 from your refundable breakage deposit, check out no later than 3 pm.   No pets are permitted at any of the Trip to Mozamnique houses. Loud music, parties, and functions are not allowed. All guests must comply with the rules of the estate in which they are staying. Absolutely no noise is allowed between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. Failure to comply will result in a warning. If the issue occurs again after a warning, the full breakage deposit will be forfeited. Continued non-compliance may result in guests being asked to vacate the property immediately, with no refund for any unused nights
