About this listing

This seaside lodge comfortably accommodates 10 guests in 4 bedrooms (8 adults and 2 children). Each of the 4 air-conditioned bedrooms has a luxurious king-size bed, which can be moved apart to become 2 single beds. The one-bedroom has an open loft with 2 single beds. One of the bedrooms has fold open doors that open up onto a private deck. Seaviews from the upstairs bedroom. The bathrooms are all en-suite comprising of a shower, a basin, and toilet. There is also a separate guest toilet. Linen and bath towels are provided, please bring your own beach towels. The house is a 75-meter walk from the beach. There is a coastal bush just in front of the property. An outside shower is situated just stairway coming back from the beach to rinse off beach sand and salty water. There are a main living area and a well equipped open plan kitchen that has a fridge and 3 freezers (one being a bait freezer) as well as a bar fridge, microwave, and 5 plate gas hob with a separate electric oven. There is a water filtration system but we do recommend that you bring your own drinking water. There is an open plan lounge area which leads onto a lovely verandah with outside dining tables and a private pool. The verandah extends the length of the house, enjoy the cool sea breeze through the coastal forest. There are ceiling fans in the kitchen, lounge, and bedrooms. There is no TV but we have a lot of games and puzzles which you are welcome to use. There is an outside charcoal braai. There is a washing machine which Precious will operate for you – please bring your own washing powder.

The swimming pool at this house has no safety features. Use of the swimming pool and the associated amenities and facilities is strictly at your own risk. Should the property be booked by a group of youngsters, kindly NOTE no under 25's without parental/adult supervision. WHAT TO BRING: Drinking water and all your food Beach Towels Washing powder Mosquito repellant Charcoal Toilet paper STAFF TIP The house is serviced daily by Precious and Vusi. There is a compulsory staff tip of R80 per day for Precious and R50 per day for Vusi. This includes your day of arrival and departure. If you are 7 or more people then an extra housekeeper is brought in and she must be paid R60 per day (incl. arrival and departure days). You can pay the staff cash on your departure date. REFUNDABLE BREAKAGE DEPOSIT There is a R4000 refundable breakage deposit payable 1 month before your arrival and refunded to you within 2 weeks of your departure date. EARLY And LATE CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT Late check-out is on request only. This is due to incoming bookings on the day of your departure. Should the house be available, we will deduct the extra charge of R1500.00 from your refundable breakage deposit, check out no later than 3 pm. No pets are permitted at any of the TriptoMozambique houses. Loud music, parties, and functions are not allowed. All guests must comply with the rules of the estate in which they are staying. Absolutely no noise is allowed between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. Failure to comply will result in a warning. If the issue occurs again after a warning, the full breakage deposit will be forfeited. Continued non-compliance may result in guests being asked to vacate the property immediately, with no refund for any unused nights
