About this listing

Only a 40-minute drive from the Kosi Bay border, along sandy roads, you will find Aloha Estate. Situated on the beach in Ponta Mamoli, Mozambique. On the same property as the big house there is a smaller 2-bedroom fully self-contained cottage that can sleep 4 people, with the option to sleep 2 kids under 12 on the futons in the lounge. The main bigger house can be rented separately or together with the smaller cottage sleeping 18 people in total. Bedroom 1: 1 x double bed Bedroom 2: 1 x queen bed Please note, that things left outside at night are usually very wet in the morning due to the high level of humidity and condensation in the air. Bean bags left in the sun will become very hot, very quickly because they are black and absorb heat. Please be cautious when touching them if they have been sunbaked. Both bedrooms are en-suite but the sunrise room only Has an outside shower ENTERTAINMENT CENTRE & COMMUNICATIONS: In keeping with the seclusion, tranquility, and the surrounding nature of Blue Footprints, we have not installed DSTV. However, we have provided a Wi-Fi router with a Vodacom SIM card and an HDMI cable. These will allow you to access the internet and use your computer to watch your streaming service through the TV. The speaker is Bluetooth. The staff will load data onto the sim card with a data bundle package of your choice, the data bundle purchase is at the cost of the client. TOWELS: We provide all linen and a hand and bath towel per guest. Please bring your own beach towels. LAUNDRY: Linen will be changed once a week to be mindful of the environment. BEACH ACCESS: To access the beach, please use the walkways provided to protect the dunes against erosion. Aloha 15 cottage is perfectly situated to provide tranquility, exclusivity and exceptional sunrise and sunset views to its guests. The beach in front is perfect for walking, swimming, playing, snorkeling etc and The surrounding bush is alive with an increasing amount of birdlife, butterflies, monkeys and chameleons.

Additional rules information

Kindly be aware that staff are on duty until 4 pm. Guests arriving after this time will need to collect their keys from security, as staff assistance will not be available for offloading or check-in. Please note that a 4x4 is required to reach Aloha estate (You need to reduce tyre pressure by 1,2 - 1,5 bars max) No 2x4 vehicles will be permitted on the premises as they are damaging the roads on the estate. Should the property be booked by a group of youngsters, kindly NOTE no under 25's without parental/adult supervision. WHAT TO BRING: Beach towels Food and drinks Drinking water All items of a personal nature: ie, soaps, lotions, etc REFUNDABLE BREAKAGE DEPOSIT: The refundable breakage deposit is equal to one night stay and will be refunded back to you within 14 days after your stay. EARLY And LATE CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT Late check-out is on request only. This is due to incoming bookings on the day of your departure. Should the house be available, we will deduct the extra charge of R1500.00 from your refundable breakage deposit, check out no later than 3 pm. . STAFF TIP: Staff comes in in the morning to make beds and clean the dishes and then in the afternoons again. There is no compulsory staff tip, however you are welcome to tip at your discretion, it is always appreciated. Their working hours are: Monday - Friday: 8:00 – 16:00 with an hour lunch break at 12:00 Saturday: 8:00 – 12:00 Sunday: Off On request: If you would like them to work additional hours, the rate is R50 per hour per staff member. If you would like them to work on Saturday afternoon (13:00 – 16:00), the rate is R75 per staff member. If you would like them to work on Sunday, the rate is R150 or 600Mzn per staff member. LAUNDRY: Linen will be changed once a week to be mindful of the environment. No pets are permitted at any of the TriptoMozambique houses. Loud music, parties, and functions are not allowed. All guests must comply with the rules of the estate in which they are staying. Absolutely no noise is allowed between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. Failure to comply will result in a warning. If the issue occurs again after a warning, the full breakage deposit will be forfeited. Continued non-compliance may result in guests being asked to vacate the property immediately, with no refund for any unused nights
